“I really would like to recommend buggy bootcamp, it’s such a lovely exercise class that me and my little girl enjoy every week. It’s such a lovely/ friendly class that both me and my daughter enjoy doing together and bonding. With been going for at least 9 months and I have lost over 3 stone with the help and advice from Amy 😊. “Buggy Bootcamp has been a great way for me to get back to fitness after having my daughter; Amelie. It has also contributed to my continued weight loss since being pregnant and thus helped build my confidence.
Amy is flexible with exercises if Amelie is getting upset and will adapt them to ensure I can continue the exercise but keep her entertained. “I love buggy bootcamp sessions! I joined when my son was 10weeks old, he’s now 13months old and I’m still enjoying the classes just as much as I did at the beginning. The variety of exercises during each session prevent repetition and getting bored, like the gym classes I used to attend. Amy is very motivating and keeps you wanting to push yourself harder. Everyone is so friendly at the classes and no one judges you. I’d recommend buggy bootcamp to anyone and everyone! “Before I had my son I loved exercising. Once I had him, it quickly became apparent the exercising was not going to continue as it had previously, I couldn’t just pop out for a jog or go to the gym whenever I wanted. I put on a lot of weight and really struggled with my confidence. I then came across Colchester buggy bootcamp, it was perfect, I could exercise and bring my baby along with me as well as getting to meet other mums. I have been going to buggy bootcamp for just over 8 months now and from the very start I instantly felt part of the class, Amy is so friendly and I instantly felt at ease. Even when my little boy cries she’s very understanding and adaptive if he needs feeding/changing etc. Each class is planned with a real variety of exercises which means I never get bored of the classes. “Buggy bootcamp is amazing, it has given me so much more confidence with my body and myself! “Buggy boot camp is great. There is something different each week and Amy really spurs you on to try your best and challenge yourself. My fitness levels have massively improved since joining and having that bit more energy helps with the sleepless nights!! I have also managed to tone up tough areas such as my ‘mum tum’! The class is also a great opportunity to meet other mums and babies who are all friendly and supportive. The thought of exercising before filled me with dread!
